• First, welcome! This work is for everybody!!

    It’s not uncommon for those new to energy work or mind-body connection to feel subtler sensations during sessions. This doesn’t mean the process isn’t working; your system may simply need time to adjust and open to the experience.

    Engaging in practices like meditation, breathwork, felt sense meditations, or yoga can help deepen your connection to your body and energy. Joining a group session can also amplify the experience and foster a stronger sense of connection.

    Remember, this is not something to judge! It would be like going to the gym and judging yourself for not being familiar with all the equipment and expecting to be an expert overnight. Progress takes time! Create space and compassion for yourself in the process. It will be fun!

  • Spinal Energetics and other energy practices invite you to release stored tension, expand your capacity to feel, and align with your most authentic self. By cultivating a liberated flow state, you gain clarity, creativity, and connection to your inner wisdom, empowering you to live a life that’s uniquely yours—physically, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.

  • Comfy clothes, a quiet place, and yourself! No prior energy work experience if required, just an open mind and a willingness to be here is all that is needed.

  • Would you go to the gym once and be done for the rest of the year? Energy work and breathwork are like that as well. It is not one and done. In each session we expand your capacity for experiencing, holding new vibrations for longer, and building resiliency in your nervous system. Overtime your window of tolerance expands and sessions become further apart or on an as-needed basis. You are the best authority on your resourcedness and the level of support you wiant to feel or the change you wish to create.

    The frequency of your sessions will be highly individual and based on your goals. We will discuss this in our intro session.

    Energy is infinite. It transcends physical distance and operates beyond the constraints of time and space. These sessions, hosted on zoom, create the same potency and space for transformation as in-person sessions. This time, just from the convenience of your own home!

  • What we call "Innate Wisdom" is the bodies underlying, existing desire to create a whole and healthy system. Your body wants to be in equilibrium. The same unconscious mechanisms that make you breathe every day, the same capacity to re-grown broken bones, heal cuts, etc. is the same organic technologies within you that are able to regulate and create resiliency in your nervous system and energy bodies. Through Spinal Energetics and Somatics I remind your body what it is capable of so that you can, over time, have to tools to self-regulate and release stored tensions allowing for a natural and healthy cycle of emotions, releases, and experiencing in life.

  • Integration is where the magic happens!

    After a session, carve out time to unwind, reflect, and give yourself time and space to continue to unwind, rewire, and feel. Some people enjoy journaling, meditating, practicing breathwork, or simply getting outside to ground themselves. These small, intentional actions can help you integrate the shifts and insights from your session into your life.

    These sessions are not meant to create bliss states and spiritually bypass “hard” feelings. While joy and bliss can be experienced, these sessions reflect the diversity of experiences we have in life. We believe this work created resiliency of the nervous system and your energetic field, this resilience allows you to navigate life with ease instead of resistance.

    Setting aside time for integration is giving your body the space it needs to create that fluidity that will make you feel resourced and emotionally, mentally, and physically resilient.
